Alex was born in metro Atlanta, where she has lived her entire life. At eighteen, she began her professional career at a pet retail store where it became apparent that veterinary medicine was her calling.

Just after turning nineteen, Alex accepted her first veterinary assistant position. Shortly thereafter, she enrolled in San Juan College's veterinary technician program in hopes of becoming a registered veterinary technician. Her anticipated graduation date is in 2023. Alex's specific interests include analgesia, anesthetic monitoring, and low-stress handling.

In her limited free time, she enjoys playing video games, cosplaying, and spending time at home with her five cats.
